Forwarding rules require the Business or Enterprise plan.
Prerequisites
The forwarding destination must be either:
- A verified external email address, or
- An address on a verified external domain
View forwarding rules
- Navigate to the inbox you want to configure.
- Click the Forwarding rules tab.
Existing rules are displayed on screen, each with Edit rule and Delete options.
Create a forwarding rule
- Navigate to the inbox's Forwarding rules tab.
- Click Add new rule.
- Under When all these conditions are met, click Add condition.
- Select a property: Sent from, Sent to, or Subject.
- Choose an operator: Contains, Equals, Starts with, or Ends with.
- Enter the value to match against.
- To add more conditions, click Add condition again. All conditions must be met for the rule to trigger.
- Under Forward the message to, enter the destination email address.
- Click Create.
To remove a condition before saving, click the X icon next to it.
Edit a forwarding rule
- Navigate to the inbox's Forwarding rules tab.
- Click Edit rule next to the rule you want to modify.
- Update the conditions or forwarding address in the dialog.
- Save your changes.
Delete a forwarding rule
- Navigate to the inbox's Forwarding rules tab.
- Click Delete next to the rule you want to remove.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Delete to confirm.
