Before you get started
To create a project:
- You must be an Account Administrator.
- You must have the Core plan at least.
To delete one:
- You must be a project Admin, or an Account Administrator.
- It must be empty. Delete every inbox, design and authenticator device first.
Create a project
- Click the project switcher at the top of the left-hand navigation.
- Click Create a new project.
- Enter a Project name. This is required.
- Optionally, add a Project description to record what it is for.
- Add members. Search for a user or team by name or email address, then select it. Each member you add starts as a Viewer. Use the dropdown next to their name to choose a different role.
- Click Create.
Account Administrators can access every project, so there is no need to add them as members.
For what each role can do, see Manage project access.
Mailosaur switches you into the new project, so anything you create next belongs there. It starts empty, with no inboxes, designs or authenticator devices.
Delete a project
- Click the project switcher at the top of the left-hand navigation.
- Hover over the one you want to delete, then click the delete icon.
- Type its name to confirm.
- Click Delete project.
